CARPENTER
To assist with current demand as well as long-term forward work within Barry Stewart Builders we require
full-time qualified carpenters to join our team.
Skills required
- High-quality workmanship, neat and tidy
- Efficient time management and hardworking
- Ability to read and follow architectural plans and specifications
- Understand and follow safe working practices
- Good communication skills and a team player
- Understanding of the Building Code
- Knowledge in Health and Safety
- Deliver high-quality workmanship within specific time frames
- Be able to run a project to the timeline
- A keen adherence to safe working practices
You will also need:
- Sound computer knowledge
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Flexible and self-motivated
- Honest and trustworthy
- NZ Drivers License
- NZ Residency or valid NZ Work Visa
